Responsible for the control and management of all cafe` & restaurant operations, the co-ordination of staff & resources, to provide and efficient and profitable customer service experience.
Duties will include:
- Organising daily operation, seasonal promotions, and planning and implementing Special Events
- Organising catering functions on site including liaising with hosts
- Monitoring quality of customer service.
- Planning menus in consultation with Head Chef and Managing Director.
- Monitor Food Preparation and fulfil Health & Safety practices in accordance with Health Regulations.
- Dealing/resolving Customer complaints.
- Customer relations - At Premises and on-line
- Working with Director to set up Sales Targets and reviews of KPI
- Preparation of weekly rosters and publishing of those on electronic rostering system
- Managing recruiting process for new staff including Advertisement posting, Job Interviews and staff selection and training.
- Stock Control including setting and reviewing Par Levels, creating Purchase Orders, price / special/promo negotiations with Suppliers.
- Maintain Health and Sanitary practices for all sections of the business in accordance with Health & safety regulations.
