Expanding QSR brand looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to successfully lead a fast paced restaurant in Midland. $75k + super + KPI bonus!

About the role:
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced people-minded manager who is looking to take their next step into a Restaurant Manager role in their Midland restaurant. You will be a well-established business manager who has great financial acumen and an ability to grow a business through local community involvement and sales growth through operational excellence. 

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of hospitality management experience, particularly in a QSR or fast food area
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how to drive sales growth
• A passionate leader and mentor with a strong ability to develop and progress others
• Hands on leadership style
• Ability to work within a corporate structure with a well defined role
