We are on the hunt for a well rounded Restaurant Manager, that comes with great service standards, leadership, energy, financial acumen & attention to detail.
We are recruiting for x2 different Restaurant Manager positions in Sydney's East for two high quality employers & roles. Both opportunities come with unique service models & desirable skillsets but ultimately will be appealing to similar candidates. Both operations require early mornings but also early finishes, a good mix of functions & a la carte service. Service would be best described as high quality but approachable, with the food offerings to a high standard, with Michelin or Hatted chefs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comes with upmarket service standards in a la carte environments
- Experience in medium size functions from corporate, to social, to weddings
- Social & energetic, as the face of the venue you would need to thrive off building rapport with your regulars & providing an inviting & positive dining experience
- Track record of great leadership & ability to manage FOH teams & work well with the kitchen, staff development & culture will flow through you
- Financial acumen at the operational level at minimum, ability to manage COGS, rosters & the day to day running of the business
- Ability to travel to the Eastern Suburbs & ability to create positive experiences for a mix of clientele
