Restaurant Manager: Lead our front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Customer Experience: Oversee the dining experience to ensure guests receive unparalleled service and satisfaction. Proactively address any guest concerns or feedback to uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including expenses, revenue, and profitability targets. Implement cost-control measures while maximizing sales opportunities to achieve financial objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Strategic Planning and Business Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to stay ahead in the competitive fine dining industry.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role: At least 1 year of experience, ideally in a fine dining restaurant
