Contract Coordinator

Play a pivotal role in managing and optimising contractual agreements for a prominent water utility company in the South East region.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Support contract managers to ensure agreements align with KPIs
• Monitor, audit, and analyse contract performance
• Provide commercial support during contractor review meetings
• Refine contract scopes to meet business needs and budgets
• Oversee end-to-end tender process
• Ensure compliance with Victorian Government Purchasing Board guidelines

Requirements:

• Tertiary or technical qualifications in relevant disciplines
• 2+ years' experience in supply or operational role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (essential)
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Arcus system (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence outcomes and engage with stakeholders confidently

Non-Negotiables:

• Experience running public sector tenders
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
