The Store Manager is responsible for effectively addressing the needs of every Zambrero customer as a top priority and is responsible for the training and development of all team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their current management and team building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for running the day to day operations of the business independently of the store owners.
- Report weekly to the group business manager on all aspects of the business for the prior week.
- Training and developing all employees and ensuring their product knowledge and skills remain current.
- Managing Rosters, administrative duties and stock reports.
- Develop and manage employee reward systems for upselling and exemplary performance in order to meet average customer spend targets set by the group business manager.
- Resolving any difficult customer & delivery partner enquiries promptly and with ease and ensuring a positive outcome.
- Properly executing, enforcing and managing all food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Experience in a management role within QSR
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience in HR
- Food Safety Supervisor qualified
- First Aid Certificate
