• Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a positive mindset
• Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the culture at all times
• Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
• Excellent wine knowledge and the ability to share your knowledge with others
• Strong front of house presence with confidence to assess the room quickly and prioritise tasks
• Stock and labour cost control experience
• Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
• Ability and willingness to work across weekends and public holidays.
