The Opportunity
Due to the success and expansion of our club in regional Victoria, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Food & Beverage Manager to join our vibrant team. You'll become part of a hardworking and welcoming group that embodies the core values of Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club. We take pride in what we've built and are excited about our future.
Role Overview
Cathedral Lodge brings the American 5-star service model to Australia, offering our members and their guests a truly memorable experience every time they visit. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is special. Our high season runs from October to May, and while we prefer full-time staff, we are open to considering seasonal staff. Own transport is a must.
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our unique dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include training and leading our dedicated team, curating and maintaining our exceptional dining facilities, and developing and refining our beverage offerings, including premium wine selections. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring an outstanding food and beverage experience both on and off the course, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere and high standards that define our club.
