We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for the opening of our fully renovated Williams Bar & Café venue, in the middle of February 2024,  located in the City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who will be responsible for the day to day management of the following service periods, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

You will be confident and project a flair for customer service excellence and have the ability to interact at all levels of patronage, that is, corporate, international and local tourists, and office patrons.

Forward-thinking and planning is a prerequisites for this role, including budgeting & cost control/ purchasing.

This role is very much hands on; therefore, you will take carriage of leading, training and developing a young team with the view of exceeding guest expectations and the overall dining experience.

You will be part of a larger hotel team and you will be working with the head chef in designing, and creating an ambient dining environment across all service periods.

Other required attributes:
Two year minimum experience
Point of sale knowledge
Stock/price control
Budget understanding

Offer:

$75/80k per annum, plus Super
Parking is provided if required
Bonus provision based on a profit share scheme
