Hr Business Parter - Talent Acquisition - Part-Time

TOUSTONE: is an Australian leader in Data and Insight Management delivering consulting services, managed platform and a managed products and services offering. Founded in Australia in 2014, we continue in our exciting period of growth and are seeking a Human Recourses Business Partner (HRBP) with a background in Talent Acquisition to join our team on a Part Time basis - 3 x days per week. 

HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN: As the Part Time HRBP with a focus on Technical Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment and selection process for Toustone. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the successful onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will serve as a the HR business partner to Toustone's various internal teams providing guidance and support on all aspects of talent management, HR and ER.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING? 
On your first day at Toustone you will be able to demonstrate your:

• 5+ years of successful experience in Talent Acquisition
• 3+ years having worked across the full gamete of responsibilities as an HR Generalist / HRBP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to build HR Frameworks and Practices from the ground up
• Your robust understanding of the NES and FAIR WORK ACT 2009.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
