The Meat & Wine Co has a unique atmosphere and ambiance which is dedicated to our African heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings.
As the Restaurant Manager you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.
You will need:
- A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years employment experience within the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years relevant industry experience
- Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences
- Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs
- A strong desire to train, motivate and lead a team
- Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
- Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
- A current RSA Certificate
