Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager you will be working directly with the Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency are consistently maintained. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervising restaurant staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability.
- Maintaining excellent communication with kitchen staff, front-of-house team members, and management to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and upholding sanitation standards.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Upholding the restaurant's brand standards and values while fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ideal Candidate must have more than 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management and have atleast relevant Diploma level qualification in Management and would be able to commit atleast 2 years of employment in a remote location in NT.
