We have dining options from a la carte, buffet, tapas, healthy optioned and traditional fare that complements our unique setting.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage professional who is ready to take the next step into a Supervisory role.In addition, an opportunity exists for the right person/people to join the team as Restaurant and/or Bars Manager.In this role, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure customers' expectations are met in delivering the best products and services throughout the venue.Duties include:
- Responsible for the operational direction of the F&B Department
- Responsible for the day to day running of shifts and for maintaining the smooth operation of all F&B outlets
- Ensuring standards are maintained in the delivery of food and beverages
- Ensuring cost control and rotation
- Ensuring wastage management is minimised
- To actively participate in training activities and encourage staff participation
- Responsible for daily administrative duties in all aspects of kitchen management
- Ensure wage costs are in line with budgetary parameters
- Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and inducted in all areas of operation
- Ensure departmental compliance in the delivery of Responsible Service of Alcohol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation
