About the business and the role

K Care Healthcare Solutions is the manufacturing division of Country Care Group. We are one of the largest and most respected manufacturers and suppliers of medical and in-home aids, for people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged.

We are seeking a Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our warehouse team in Lytton. 

As the Warehouse Administration Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administration assistance to the warehouse team and to provide excellence in customer service.

A National  Police clearance is required for this position. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold company values of Integrity, Respect, Passion, Leadership and Accountability through all interactions with customers, key stakeholders and internal staff. 
  • Organise freight bookings 
  • Use Microsoft NAV to manage inventory and orders
  • Contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals
  • Undertake goods dispatched and received data entry
  • Process orders for dispatch
  • Undertake invoicing
  • General inventory processing, receipting/transfers.
  • Perform cycle/physical stock takes
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to carry out daily tasks
  • Undertake general Warehouse Administration duties
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures. 
  • Undertake training as required 
  • Undertake other duties as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • High attention to detail and excellent computer literacy and accuracy
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent attitude/self-motivated
  • Ability to learn
  • Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and dependable
  • Forklift Licence desirable 
  • National Police Check
  • Right to Work in Australia
