We are looking for a qualified manager who has a restaurant experienced highly regarded to join our team. The venue offers the opportunity to work in a great team.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, work with others, willing to learn, multitask and calm under pressure and have a very good understanding of food and all aspects of a restaurant.
Qualifications and skills/experience:
? Diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
? At least 3 years previous Experience in a Cafe and or previous customer service
? Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and host resort guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds
? Experience in a management/leadership role
? Current Responsible service of Alcohol Certificate (desirable)
Responsibilities and duties:
- Recruit, train, develop and mentor F&B Team Members
- Control and positively influence 'Cost of Sales'
- Monitor table turnover, optimizing seating arrangements and minimizing wait times.
- Operate within department budget
- Collaborate with Resort Manager & Group Food & Beverage Manager to create strategic plans to develop department
