About You:
- Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a positive mindset
- Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the culture at all times
- Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
- Excellent wine knowledge and the ability to share your knowledge with others
- Strong front of house presence with confidence to assess the room quickly and prioritise tasks
- Stock and labour cost control experience
- Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
- Ability and willingness to work across weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent salary of $80-$85k + super negotiable depending on experience
