This is a critical role for a'Mare - our restaurant's point of difference is service focused and our managers are integral in filtering this message down to our service staff. With 120+ seats it's no small part of the operation.
Successful candidates must have:
- Australian working rights
- Minimum of two years managerial experience in fine dining venue
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Formal hospitality qualifications and 1-2 years of employment experience
- A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork!
Viewed favourably:
- Gueridon / tableside service experience
- Experience with Italian cuisine
- Formal wine studies completed
Tasks include:
- Continuous training and development to ensure current knowledge
- Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager
- Supervise and train FOH staff
- Cost control to budget expectations
