Oliveti is our newest addition to the group. Located on Broadway in Glenelg, Oliveti will be a 100-seat Modern Italian restaurant operating five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, and is set to open in May.
Dolly is a suburban wine bar located in Unley. It focuses on food, cocktails, and high-end service in a relaxed format. It operates four days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with the occasional function on Sundays.
Lune Bar & Eatery, our wine bar, is located in Beulah Park and focuses on community and shared plates. Open from Wednesday to Sunday
We are seeking passionate and driven hospitality professionals to join us full-time or part-time. Our senior management team will support the candidate as they oversee staff, focusing on team culture, communication, and training.
Experience in all hospitality operations is essential, and previous experience in a management or supervisory position is required. A strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & staff training would be beneficial.
