Seafire is a leading steak restaurant that values great ambiance, customer service, and hospitality. We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Glenelg.
The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate a large team, drive sales growth, and ensure high standards in the restaurant. You will be responsible for rostering, recruiting, stock management, restaurant compliance, and managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of your team members and engaging with your local community to make a positive impact.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with multiple years of leadership experience, managing teams of large members in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading high-performing and engaged teams, managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth. The candidate must be organised, passionate about the hospitality industry, and able to work in a high-energy environment. A customer-first approach and ability to empower the team are essential qualities.
This is a hands on lead from the front role. We are looking for a leader who can inspire the team and grow and develop staff.
