We are a highly respected and well-established restaurant seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. As a member of our Restaurant Staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. We are hiring for various positions, including Front House staff, bartenders, kitchen staff, and dishwashers.
Responsibilities:
1. Servers: Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
2. Senior staff: Greeting guests, managing reservations, organizing seating arrangements, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Kitchen Staff: Assisting in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
4. Dishwashers: Efficiently cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
1. Previous restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory for all positions.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
6. Bartenders must be of legal drinking age and possess an understanding of various beverages and mixology techniques.
