AddressIzakaya Hosaku are actively seeking applications for our next floor Supervisor to be part of our energetic and lucrative team.
Main duties and role included:
- Oversee FOH operations include maintaining high quality food standards, provide exceptional customer service, ability to inspire and develop team.
- Handling customer's complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
- Delegate FOH staffs when responsible or on duty of shift.
The ideal candidate will need:
- 2+years experience as a supervisor
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices.
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a can do attitude.
- Exceptional communication and presentation.
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster
- A valid RSA
