We are proud suppliers of quality construction materials to a growing clientele and some of the region's notable major infrastructure and maintenance projects.

We are seeking an Accounts Administration Officer for an immediate start, to join our expanding team. As we grow, you’ll grow with us!

Duties include:
- Processing and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple entities
- Creating invoices and issuing statements to customers
- Allocating receipts and payments accurately to projects and completing bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
- Other administrative duties as required (e.g., compiling spreadsheets, data entry, filing documentation and general office housekeeping)
The successful applicant:
- Positive work ethic with ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise duties and work to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with sound Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero and/or QuickBooks Online)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Holds a current Australian driver's license
