We have the best American-style restaurant in the Inner East! 

Known for the best burgers in Melbourne, we are looking for someone to join our team and help us put our burgers into everyone's hands around Melbourne.

THE ROLE

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be looking after both front and back of house (including cooking) whilst providing amazing service in a fast-paced environment. 

• Managers experience desired – not essential 
• 30+ hours a week (minimum), rotating 7-day roster (Must be available weekends & nights between 11 am and 10:30 pm)
• Confident in all aspects of this role - able to hit the ground running
• Creating a fun, welcoming environment whilst delivering a memorable customer experience. We consider ourselves a destination place for people in Melbourne!
• Preparing and cooking our delicious food whilst maintaining our high standards 

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in working within a fast-paced environment - knowing how to operate effectively during rush hour
• Have great attention to detail
• Solution-focused and quick on your feet 
• Reliable and consistent while working under pressure - Thrives in chaos
• Can work efficiently and independently whilst also working as a part of a team
• You will be passionate about providing amazing customer service and genuinely enjoy hospitality
