Your Role as a Senior Team Member / Team Leader:

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate burger enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
• Assist in coordinating operations, ensuring efficient workflow, food preparation, and service to meet high-quality standards.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and uphold Grill'd's values and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following health and safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with management to maintain menu offerings, and contribute to a positive work culture.
