Belles Hot Chicken is the gold standard in Nashville-style fried chicken, cold drinks and warm vibes. We've been perfecting our craft for 10-years and are on the hunt for a FT Kitchen Supervisor for our flagship restaurant in Circular Quay!

Belles Circular Quay is our flagship CBD restaurant with full table service, a licensed bar and some of the best food in the CBD. We're open every day from 11.30am until 9.30pm and serve upwards of 200 guests every single day - all with the same care as if they were our only guest!

 In this hands-on role you’ll be: 

• Leading the team during our busiest services - making sure that all parts of the Kitchen Team are firing and delivering on our exacting standards
• Preparing and maintaining the quality of our signature fried chicken, sandwiches and sides within out timeframe and quality standards
• Maintaining all kitchen operating checklists and systems so service is super smooth, flawless and a hell of a lot of fun!
• Train and coach Kitchen Team members to our processes and standards, and maintain a high-energy, hard-working and enjoyable team culture
• The Duty Manager's right-hand for all things kitchen
• Maintaining a super clean and well-presented kitchen and equipment, compliant with food safety standards

Experience, Skills & Attitude required:

• At least 2-years experience in a supervisor or senior kitchen role
• A care and professionalism for your role, team and your kitchen
• The ability to lead by example and hold your team to our high standards
• An obsessive level of detail and organisation - and loves a checklist!
