Easy Payroll Global is looking for a Restaurant/Venue Manager on behalf of our client.
The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations as well as delivering and maintaining high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
•Coordinate daily Front and Back of House restaurant operations
•Organise and supervise staffs’ roster
•Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
•Provide detailed weekly, monthly and annual reports on revenues and expenses
•Regular coaching, training and mentoring of staff to improve them and services standards
•Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
•Liaise with bookkeeper and accountant, data entry via MYOB, prepare invoices
•Creating and implementing new ideas
Education – Associated Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or related qualification in administration or hospitality desirable. Industry experience may substitute where the candidate has no less that 3 years of full-time experience.
Experience & Skills
•3+ years of Industry experience as a Restaurant/Venue Manager
•Proven customer service experience as a manager
•Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
•Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
•Familiarity with restaurant management software
•Acute financial management skills
Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with a range between $75,000 and $120,000.
