YOUR MISSION
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Accountant to join the PUMA team!
The role's main responsibilities are to assist SAP GL retail related interfaces, ensure accurate and reliable accounting records, and support external and internal reporting, relating to the Australian and New Zealand PUMA businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing tender settlements in SAP.
- Bank reconciliations & tender clearing reconciliations for all stores & Ecom.
- PRISM/OMS reconciliations to SAP and batch error checking.
- Processing promo recharges from stores/Ecom.
- Setting up new stores (EFTPOS machines, Bank Guarantees,. Insurance, Merchant Services, Bank accounts etc.)
- Administration of retail store leases and documentation (Nakisa).
- Processing retail store stock takes (SAP and PRISM).
- Support the Retail Finance Manager with ongoing projects.
- Support on external and internal audits, assisting in process improvements using Automation Intelligence (AI) and documentation of processes and assisting with system implementation.
YOUR TALENT
- CPA/CA qualified
- SAP experience
- Advanced Excel
- Retail & FMCG industry experience is preferable
