About The Role
The Account Manager in Training (AMIT) will be primarily focused on support an existing customer base for the Food & Beverage business and developing their knowledge of chemical cleaning and sanitising protocols across the industry portfolio as well account management skills.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide regular service support to established customers: Routine chemistry titrations, report writing, calibration of equipment.
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager on completing the tasks associated with the established Service Level Agreement: Preparing business reviews, conducting training sessions.
- Develop technical and account management skills in line with the established Diversey AMIT training programs
- Present at all times in a professional manner with customers and colleagues alike
About you
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who holds the following:
- Degree or Diploma qualified in a Science/Chemical discipline – essential
- Worked in a manufacturing industry preferably within Food and Beverage – nice to have
- Efficient with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel – essential
- Valid driver’s licence – essential
- Time management and organsiational skills to be at a high level – essential
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
