We are a locally owned, family-owned Pet Store in North Lakes, Qld. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality products. We offer a variety of pet supplies from toys, food accessories and grooming essentials as well as live animals.

Position: Casual Retail Assistant

• Location: North Lakes, QLD
• Job Type: Casual to start with
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with pet-related enquiries
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Handle cash/POS transactions
  • Stock shelves and display merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Cleaning and feeding animals
• Requirements:
  • Passion for animals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Previous retail experience in a pet store preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends

You must be reliable, determined to meet high standards, willing to be flexible regarding working days and hours and able to work unsupervised. You must be able to work on weekends.   
As part of your responsibilities, you may be required to lift heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food).
