We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant in Werribee on a Permanent Full Time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Interact with customers who visit the store, as well as respond to queries via phone, email, dealing with all in a professional and empathetic manner, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a frontline troubleshooter, efficiently resolving customer issues and concerns. Collaborate with other teams when necessary to find solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the management team. Identify trends and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Strive to achieve and exceed established KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine passion for assisting customers and providing outstanding service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and find creative solutions to customer issues.
