Form of workAir Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking to hire our next Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant to run our Ipswich QLD clinic. You will be employed on a full time basis working 38 hours a week.Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Full and comprehensive training provided
Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
Interactions are either over the counter and/or phone and emails
Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
Upsell of our products and services
Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
Processing orders and clinic stocktake
Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
Effective communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in clinic
Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
Strong organisational and administrational skills
