Qualifications & experience
- Sales ability with a cheerful countenance is necessary as the job role involves counter service and sales - this will be the main role.
- The applicant must be able to handle and enjoy a fast past role while being able to maintain very high attention to detail.
- The applicant must have good computer skills and be a quick learner.
- The applicant must be reliable, flexible with times and be a helpful, keen team player.
- Attention to detail in all areas of the role is essential
- An assistant to the embroidery team when required.
- No experience in embroidery is required as training will be provided to the successful applicant however experience would assist.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to communicate to customers
- Counter sales and service.
- Communicate to customers by phone and email.
- Operating Embroidery Machines
- Picking and checking orders
- Unpacking garments ready for embroidery,
- Folding and re-packing garments once embroidered
- Competent computer skills and ability to learn software. Our machines are controlled by software so a good understanding of computers is necessary
- Lifting and carrying cartons
