We currently have a position available for an experienced multiskilled horticulturist to join and support our garden maintenance & retail team. This position is envisaged to encompass a wide range of tasks from commercial garden maintenance, potting, punning and maintaining retail plants and general yard maintenance duties including machinery.
As this position will also have a people focus, it will be essential that you posses good communication skills and abilities. As this position also has a retail focus there will be a requirement for some degree of weekend work though of course you are compensated with both penalty rates and the bonus of having some weekdays off accordingly.
Depending upon your skill set, you can expect an above award salary which will include penalty rates superannuation and and entry to our bonus system with regular reviews. A progressive career path is available for those with suitable experience and enthusiasm.
