Our Company

The Gastevski Group are looking at hiring a new Liquor Store Manager at our busy Thirsty Camel store in Aveley and upcoming store opening in Ellenbrook. 

We are a family owned and operated company with several reputable food, beverage and entertainments venues in Perth and metro areas. With an expanding portfolio of operations, we are seeking a capable and passionate Retail Superstar to oversee and co-ordinate the opening of the newest store with the opportunity to grow in overseeing multiple sites in the region. 

Our drive thru stores offers a wide range of local and international products across Wine, Beer, Premix & Spirits with a commitment to value. You will be the face of the store, responsible for the daily operations and nurturing a strong retail team that is focused on consistently delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated:

• Understanding for Retail Liquor Stores of high quality and presentation 
• Knowledge of POS systems and  EFTPOS machines and the ability problem solve when issues arise
• Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills and communication skills
• Great product knowledge 
• Minimum 3 years previous experience managing a Bottle Shop
• A full understanding of stock control, forecasting, and ordering
• Cash handling and cash operating expertise 
• Rostering capabilities
• The attitude to inspire and mentor your team
• Strong compliance and quality focus
