SalaryPAH Operational Services are looking for Retail Manager to join their team. Working out of the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Woolloongabba; you have the opportunity to provide managerial experience in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the hospital retail food services. You will be able to provide a high quality, accessible retail food service to its patients, visitors and staff on the campus of PAH.

About the Role
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
- Manage the workforce, ensuring that all personnel are appropriately recruited, trained, cost effectively deployed and managed in accordance with Queensland Health Human Resource management policies and displaying professionalism expected in a food operation.
- Develop, implement and review the marketing and promotions plan for the PAH retail Food services to optimise business.
- Provide performance reporting to the Food Services Manager regarding the activities of the PAH retail food services, including identification of risks and mitigations where they arise.
