Property Network of Australia is recruiting for an experienced Administration Manager to take on a role overseeing and managing the day-to-day administration of a busy retail centre in Brisbane, working directly for the landlord. In this role, you'll work closely alongside the Centre Manager in several capacities, from championing daily admin duties and ensuring risk management practices are applied to the centre, to assisting in the ongoing development and training of the Centre Administration Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Assisting the Centre Manager in the delivery of monthly forecasting.
- Ensure Rent-up is processed as per procedure as due.
- Calculate interest on all outstanding arrears and raise charges in consultation with the Centre Manager.
- Ensure rent reviews and turnover rent is actioned in accordance with the Lease.
- Ensure all Tenant recoverable charges are accurately recovered via rent up process.
- Assist Centre Manager with the preparation of the Monthly Report, Annual Income and Expenditure Budget, Asset and Retail Plan.
- Manage exisiting tenant charges including lease renewals, change of details, abatements or assignment of lease.
- Ensure that the Administration Assistant is provided a targeted and relevant training framework.
- Provide Administration guidance and support to the Leasing, Operations and Marketing departments and BDM.
- Relevant Qualification/experience in a specialist property function, eg. Property Management, Centre Management, Valuation.
- High level of analytical skills
- Experience in financial forecasting and accrual accounting
- Understanding of the Qld Retail Leases Act
- Software experience essential – MRI, proficient in Excel
- Proven ability to manage staff and implement training
