About the role:
I'm looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of a petrol station in rural NSW. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences to locals and visitors daily. Passionate about driving successful outcome you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspect of the station, including people, inventory and customer service
- Driving sales and building the name within the community
- When necessary, hiring new team members
- Maintain stock levels and shelf displays
- Ensure compliance is followed at all times
- Be an advocate for safety at all times and never cut corners
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues
About you:
- Experience leading people in a sales environment
- Ability to coach and develop strong teams
- Able to manage competing priorities
- Analytical with financials and tracking budgets
- Driven for positive outcomes
- Experience with business plans, both creating and interpreting
- Deliver high standards of work and understand the importance of safety
