SalaryRx Management are a franchise network that manages a number of Priceline Pharmacy stores across Australia.
As our new Retail Manager at Priceline Pharmacy Rhodes, you will be an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results!
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Implement the business objectives, policies and activities within the context of the overall Business Plan given the business local demographic
- Ensure that all team members bring to life the customer service standards of the business
- Achieve the sales targets and other KPI's set by Rx Management
- Implement activities and merchandising to support promotional campaigns
- Encourage optimal teamwork and provide continual feedback for growth and development
- Assists in the development of a succession for high potential employees
What you bring to the role:
- Background leading a high performing retail store (experience in health and beauty would be a bonus)
- Demonstrated ability working towards KPIs and ensuring team members achieve their targets
- Financial acumen – you should be able to understand budgets, expenses, reports
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- You thrive on seeing your store and team exceed goals, work to the highest capabilities and continue to outperform!
- Availability to work weekends
