Retail Manager / Sales Representative
Salary: Up to $58,000 - $68,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Generous Commission Structure + Super
Commission Structure: Achievable sales targets, $1-3K bonus per month.

Exciting news! Beds R Us is opening a new store at Kotara Home Co., and we are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Manager and Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and ticketing.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in meeting and exceeding the store's sales targets.
- Uphold high standards of administrative duties.
- Protect and promote the SleepMaker brand, known globally for its quality, service, and value.

- Product Knowledge: Utilize your previous sales experience to promote our range of products. While extensive mattress knowledge is ideal, it is not essential as training will be provided.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom tidy, well-organized, and appropriately ticketed to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Exhibit a pleasant and bubbly personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance to represent our brand positively.
