YOUR NEW ROLE

The Retail Operations Administration Coordinator is responsible for seamless operational assistance to the store network and Retail Operations Team. They act as a primary point of contact and are a liaison between other departments and teams for a range of retail-related communications, meeting coordination and other special events and projects as required.

ABOUT YOU

You are a down to earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do. You will have:

• A customer focussed approach along with a “can do” attitude.
• Experience in administration, retail, customer service or other service roles.
• Ability to prioritise and juggle your workload and achieve deadlines; no two days are the same!
• Effective communication skills and the ability to look outside the square.
• A passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a similar operational role.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused mindset.
• Ability to work with integrity, display initiative and be a reliable team player.
• Have a positive attitude with ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn.
• Microsoft Office with Excel at an intermediate level. Experience with Adobe would be an advantage.
• Excellent planning, time management and decision-making skills.
