Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:

The Position:
- Proficiently handle contracts across 3 venues and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Effectively control costs associated with goods, food and other unit expenses.
- Oversee and manage financial resources in strict alignment with the established budgetary framework.
- Streamline and oversee operational processes for optimal efficiency.
- Model positive working relationships, guide team development, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
The Person:
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage, including high-volume retail outlets and large events.
- Extensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on contract catering.
- An understanding of laws, security, and health and safety in catering services.
- The ability to work under pressure and navigate challenging situations effectively.
