Coastline Pools & Spas is a successful independent family-owned business located in Raymond Terrace, NSW. We specialize in both pool shop retail and mobile pool maintenance and repairs.
This diverse role will commence as a part time position between our Retail Shop & back of house Administration.
Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Day to day running of the retail area and some admin work, some heavy lifting required
- Upgrade and upkeep of our quoting software including price checking and availability
- Answering customer queries and processing customer orders
- Maintaining the pool shop including stock management, merchandise presentations and shop cleanliness. Completing equipment repairs to items such as pool cleaners.
- Conducting water analysis and interpretation to the customer
- Supporting service technician field staff with internal equipment repairs
- Other Ad hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Retail Shop sales or service roles, or an excellent attitude with the willingness to learn, full training will be provided.
- Excellent skills and proficiency in computer operations & business systems including:
Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting packages including Xero, booking management systems including Servicem8
- Excellent administration, data entry, data maintenance skills with an eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills both face to face and telephone
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- A bright, friendly, professional personality & presentation
- A keen sense of initiative and demonstrated leadership skills & experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of integrity and professionalism to support our values and mission
