Form of workDue to an internal movement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Showroom Manager to join a growing team in our Batemans Bay Showroom servicing the Eurobodalla. Our team is only small, 8 in total, so it's a great time to join a team with a very close-knit family environment and atmosphere.
We are on a huge growth journey, and our Batemans Bay Showroom and gallery is expanding with more sites being sought.

This role is available immediately and would suit a dynamic individual with industry experience OR an experienced Retail Supervisor keen to learn a new industry

About You
- Customer service focused individual with at least 2 years Retail or Customer Service experience.
- Looking to join a stable, supportive and extremely capable team.

The Role
- Full ownership and responsibility of the day to day running of a small Showroom in Batemans Bay, ensuring product displays are optimised for experience.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and other team members to book appointments, follow up on quotes and invoices in a friendly and timely manner.
- Helping to serve customers in our Showroom, consulting on a number of products and services.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure loading bays are accurately managed.
- Providing exceptional customer service, with a smile, to our residential and commercial customers.
- Provide feedback to the Installation and Sales Teams to help team collaboration, product and process improvements.
