This role is available immediately and would suit a dynamic individual with industry experience OR an experienced Retail Supervisor keen to learn a new industry
About You
- Customer service focused individual with at least 2 years Retail or Customer Service experience.
- Looking to join a stable, supportive and extremely capable team.

The Role
- Full ownership and responsibility of the day to day running of a small Showroom in Wagga Wagga.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and other team members to book appointments, follow up on quotes and invoices in a friendly and timely manner.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure loading bays are accurately managed.
- Providing exceptional customer service, with a smile, to our residential and commercial customers.
- Provide feedback to the Installation and Sales Teams to help team collaboration, product and process improvements.
