Retail Showroom Manager - Wagga Wagga

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Showroom Manager to join a growing team in Wagga Wagga.

We are on a huge growth journey, and our Wagga WaggaShowroom and gallery is expanding with more sites being sought in the Riverina.

This role is available immediately and would suit a dynamic individual with industry experience OR an experienced Retail Supervisor keen to learn a new industry

About You

• Customer service focused individual with at least 2 years Retail or Customer Service experience.
• Looking to join a stable, supportive and extremely capable team.

The Role

• Full ownership and responsibility of the day to day running of a small Showroom in Wagga Wagga.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and other team members to book appointments, follow up on quotes and invoices in a friendly and timely manner.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure loading bays are accurately managed.
• Providing exceptional customer service, with a smile, to our residential and commercial customers.
• Provide feedback to the Installation and Sales Teams to help team collaboration, product and process improvements.
