The Role
As the NSW State Manager, you will maximise profit by analysing business and company data and managing key business drivers to achieve top retail performance. You will lead your team in rolling out national initiatives, offering strategic planning and leadership to propel the business forward with innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure effective business collaborations both within the company and externally.
About you
- Over 10 years of experience in retail management.
- Proven expertise in multi-site management and holding a comparable role at a high volume retailer.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong business acumen paired with exceptional leadership skills.
- Proven capability to drive customer-centric practices and foster continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
