Our team is expanding and we are currently searching for a Retail Stock Controller to join the team at our Alexandria Surplus Store. This role is permanent and part time (30 hours weekly).

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role as an in-store Stock Controller or experience in a warehouse with strong experience in managing high volume incoming and outgoing stock. You have a high level of attention to detail, and you are confident in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We are searching for someone with the ability to work under pressure during peak seasons, who is enthusiastic and welcoming to feedback. You will generally be working Monday to Friday, however you will need to be available to work public holidays and weekends from time to time.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all end-to-end inbound and outbound stock management.
- Responsible for the effective management, replenishment and storage of stock in-store with a core focus on process management to ensure workflow is optimised at all times.
- Effective execution of picking, packing and dispatch of online and in store fulfilment orders.
- Conducting regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure high level of stock accuracy.
- Maintaining data integrity and executing loss prevention strategies to achieve store shrinkage targets.
- Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
- Constantly delivering a high level of customer service to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders of the business.
- Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
- Educate and promote stock integrity and loss prevention, to ensure it is held as the highest priority to all team members.
- Responsible to contribute to a team culture which promotes transparency, openness, problem solving & continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with WHS standards and policies.
- Repetitive heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
