About the opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven, Stock Controller/ merchandiser to join the team in our store at the Queen Victoria Building!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised environment. Other responsibilities include:
- Greeting salon/retail clients
- Take pride in product displays and store presentation
- Processing payments and processing end of day tasks.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing a first class client experience
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and enhance the appearance of the store by adopting the most appropriate display techniques.
- Ensure all products are fully stocked on shelves in accordance with Merchandising planning
- Manage and maintain the storage conditions of goods received in the storeroom
- Coordinate retail space activities, dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the storeroom.

About You
You take pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You are highly organised, willing and able to multitask and provide exceptional customer service at all times. We are looking for someone with:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances
- Previous experience in a retail environment, with salon experience preferred.
