We have Excusive or Tier-1 relationships with Brands such Panasonic Automotive, ANBI, AMARON, Century, Pure Energy, VARTA, VICTRON & More. This has allowed us to become the largest independent sales channel for many of these product lines and also positions us for continued strong growth.
We are now seeking a Retail Store Manager based in our Pimpama (Gold Coast) Store. This is a Full-Time Permanent role, with good career progression opportunities as we relocate the Store and open others as well.
About You:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.
You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service.
It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
- Current Driving Licence.
