About the Role
We are seeking a proven Store Manager to oversee operations in the Slacks Creek store. You'll be responsible for managing a team of 7-10 individuals, including an ASM. You will adhere to company standards in Merchandising, customer service, KPIs and people management. As the Manager, you will be driven to navigate your team to strive for sales by providing exceptional face-to-face customer service. You are a leader of your team, driving their success from the front and leading by example. In return, you will work for a market leader in the automotive parts industry and receive a generous salary and staff discount (cost + 10%).
Skills & Experience
- A desire to chase down every sale
- Ability to lead front the front
- Previous Retail management experience
- Experience or an interest in Motor Vehicles
- Have worked to KPIs and sales targets prior
