A day in the life…
- Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
- Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
- Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
- Be responsible for stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate & the team are aware of stock integrity processes
- Be proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provide
- Create a fun, supportive culture instore where your team loves coming to work every day
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
What we need....for us it's simple, you know retail, you live & breath it! You know that your success comes through your people, so you bring an inspirational, fair & supportive leadership style & have the ability to motivate your team to achieve their goals & the goals of the wider team & store.
Leading by example, you will work with your team on the frontline, so being physically fit is important as you will be lifting some heavy products that can weigh 20kg. We offer a range of hours, but you will need to be flexible and available to work weekends & public holidays…
Most importantly, you're motivated, positive & care about your customers, team & the success of your store!

Our recruitment process will look something like this:
